In his message, President Raisi said Kazakhstan has taken important steps towards development and progress 30 years after independence.
Kazakhstan's three-decade initiatives within the framework of the international and regional structure show the country's attention to the global developments, the president noted.
He went on to say that Iran and Kazakhstan have always made efforts to upgrade the level of cooperation in cultural, economic, and political fields and in line with serving mutual interests.
Meanwhile, the current level of relations between the two friendly countries is not favorable as the two enjoy great capacities for cooperation, President Raisi added.
The Iranian president, meantime, expressed hope that Iran and Kazakhstan would actively make use of the existing capabilities in order to deepen multilateral and bilateral relations.
In the end, the president wished prosperity and success for his Kazakh counterpart and the people of Kazakhstan.
